THESE TERMS ARE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US AND GOVERN THE ACCESS OR USE OF WEBSITE, INCLUDING CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES WE PROVIDE THROUGH WEBSITE (DEFINED HEREIN), AND APPLY TO ALL INDIVIDUALS INCLUDING VISITORS, USERS, AND CLIENTS. We provide a paid service to obtain Federal Tax Identification Numbers from the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) (“Services”). We act as a “Third Party Designee,” pursuant to IRS Form SS-4, and prepare and submit applications for Employer Identification Numbers (“EIN”) to the IRS on behalf of our clients. We are not affiliated with the IRS or any other governmental or regulatory body or agency.
FEES AND REFUND POLICY
Rates and fees for Services are listed on Website and are due and payable upon submission of an application.
Most orders will be processed in 1-3 business days depending on the time/date of the order. If we attempt to file the EIN and we receive an unfixable error, we will issue a refund minus a $10 processing fee. If we successfully file and obtain (service has been provided) your EIN(Tax-ID number) no refund will be issued.
If there is inaccurate information provided on the application by the customer, we will contact you via email and phone. We will attempt to submit updated information one additional time. If the application still results in an unfixable error, a refund minus $10 processing fee will be issued.
When EIN applications that encounter a Reference 101 error from the IRS when submitted electronically online, Easy Doc Filing will instruct you via e-mail on the steps that we will take to manually file your SS4 form with the IRS. You be sent an e-mail with your completed SS-4 form PDF attached on the same or next business day that we received the Reference 101 error. This SS4 PDF will require you to to electronically sign the form. Easy Doc filing will then submit your SS4 to the IRS on your behalf, and we will send you your EIN via e-mail in approx 7-10 business days which is a result of the IRS processing time for online submissions resulting in Reference 101 errors. If we are unable to process your application as a Third Party Designee, for a reason that is beyond our control, we will issue a refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

You may assign or transfer your rights under these Terms to any third party that consents and agrees to be bound by these Terms. Additionally, we may assign our rights under these Terms to any third party without condition. These Terms shall be binding on you, us, and our successors and assigns.
